The guitarlele isn't a very well-known instrument, but at Upa Upa Tahiti, we love this musical instrument that's half guitar, half ukulele! "Rangirora" is a magnificent six -string guitarlele (3 nylon strings and 3 metal strings) that looks like a guitar but is much smaller ! It's made of laminated koa wood with beautiful abalone decorations. It measures only 74 cm compared to 105 cm for an acoustic guitar. It's an amazing hybrid instrument between a guitar and a ukulele that produces a sound as if a capo were placed on the fifth fret of a guitar! Like a ukulele, it's very easy to transport.

This instrument will delight classical guitarists and experienced ukulele players who want to explore new sounds. A really fun musical instrument!
